Okay, after many months at Myspace I have decided to move over to blog spot. This seems to fit me better. Not to mention when I post pictures I can actually write about the story behind the pictures. There is always a story here at my house.
Currently we are celebrating the fact that Winfield is back from his week-long trip to Wake Forest, NC where he finished his first week on campus for his PHD requirements. He has considered many PHD programs, even got accepted to a school in England, but we chose the school in Wake Forest b/c it is a great and practical program and only 3 hrs away, no plane-ride required. I especially appreciate that. The girls and I survived the week by keeping busy with preschool, dance class, getting together with friends and watching our favorite movies! We made it and we're glad Daddy is back! Now, he can take out the trash and unload the dishwasher, two things that I hate to do!

- My name is Kay. I am wife to Winfield who I respect and love with all of my heart. I thank God always that He gave me Winfield. I am mommy to 2 precious little girls, Elizabeth, 4 and Anna Belle, 20 months. I am so proud of my girls for who they are and the joy that they bring. My husband and I moved to the Outer Banks of NC in May '05 to plant a church, Church of the Outer Banks. I must say, I am so glad that God chose me! We LOVE it here! We love the church, love that we have made our home here and there is no other place we'd rather be!
